So you all must have thought that I was kidding when I said that I am buying healthcarehuh? Well I hope you all don’t really think I am playing because I am serious…I AM BUYING HEALTHCARE THIS YEAR! (was that loud enough? I think it is…lol). Today, yes I did it again, I bought another healthcare related company that I think will move big time this month and months to come.  Today I bought 50,000 shares of Cord Blood America, Inc. (CBAI.OB) at a share price of $0.0112. So why did I buy some shares in this company? Well, after a friend of mine (Thanks Delante) put me on to this company and I did a little research I liked what I saw and decided to buy some shares. So Chiko, what did you see that made you want to buy some shares in this company (now you’re asking good questions…lol)? Since you asked, I’ll tell you…Cord Blood America, Inc;

1. Recently annouced that it reduce company debt of more than $10 million dollars. That’s a lot of money considering the company has a market cap of about $50 million dollars. To me, that’s like adding 20% to the bottom line.

2. Will be having a grand opening of their lab in Las Vagas on January 22, 2010.The company stock price will continue to run until this date because a lot of people will be buying in aticipation of this event. I am thinking this could run into $0.03 – $0.05 by January 22, 2010.

3. Announced today that they have secured a storage agreement with BioCells

These three recent activities makes for a good investment in my opinion. I will be keeping you all informed on this progress.

But that is not what I wanted to talk about, today is Monday and I am ready to give you a Monday Night Stock Pick (M.N.S.P.) that I think will make you some money. After doing some research, I was able to come up with MMR Information Systems, Inc. (MMRF.OB) which is very similar to the company that I currently have 1 million shares of…Medefile International, Inc. (MDFI.OB). Actually, they are both in the market. Today MMR Information Systems announced something huge…they announce that they have secured a joint venture agreement with a company in China to help move China’s healthcar esystem closer to personal health records for it’s citizens. Check it out, it might be something that you are interested in investing in.

I’ve come to the conclusion that most people who created wealth for themselves and family did not do it by being average. They created wealth by means or mindset that most people would consider to be crazy. So as you continue to read this blog, just remember that it’s OK to think that I am crazy (that would mean that I am on my way to serious wealth…lol). Your probably not going to believe what I did (or maybe you will). On Thursday (last trading day of 2009) I decided to sell some of my losing investments and buy 620,000 more shares of Medefile International Inc. for a total of 1,000,000 (one million) shares of Medefile International Inc. (MDFI.OB). Yes, you’re right…I am pretty confident about the future of this company since my first purchase of 380,000 shares a couple of days ago.

I’ve already told you all my reasons for deciding to own this company, but you are probably wondering why I decided to go for a million shares. Well…Medefile recently expanded their Advisory Board to include some heavy hitters in the healthcare arena, but most importantly…the political dealings (think healthcare bill that should be passed 1st quarter 2010). I don’t believe that this company is putting together a strong team in order to not make any money this year (doesn’t make sense). I believe that this company knows something that we are not aware of yet, hence they are lining people up so that once “the announcement” (whatever it is) comes out people will know that this company is way undervalue. But before any of that takes place…I have already decided to be in the game before it starts because I do not want to miss the wave.

To give you a good example(this happened this past Thursday) why it’s important to be in the game before it starts, I am going to tell you what happened to shareholders of Clear One Health Plans, Inc. (CCHN.OB). Clear One Health Plans, Inc. experienced tremendous percentage increase of 150%+ on December 31. Why? Well…they where being acquired by PacificSource Health Plans for over 160% of their current stock price. See I this news came out Wednesday night (after the stock market had close) and I knew that Clean One Health Plans at the time a $9 per share company would be over $24. But the sad thing about this realization is that I knew that I would not be able to get in fast enough to realize the whole 160% gain and I was right because the next day the stock price opened over $24. The people who benefited most where the shareholders because they were already in, they where already in the water when the wave came.

In the same light, the wave is coming for Medefile and I have my feet heavily planted in the water (if that’s possible) with a million shares. Most people will tell me that this is a risky move for a penny stock company that has not made any profit since it started business, that this is all speculation, that you can’t make money in penny stock companies. These comments only fire me up to prove them wrong like I did once before last year with Spongetech. With the government focused on healthcare, we are in a healthcare market right now and any company that positions it self in a good way will benefit tremendously in the next 4 years (and maybe longer).

Ok Chiko, I get the point, stop trying to sell me on this one(Sorry, I am just excited…does it show?). Well…enough of all this talk, let’s look at the numbers of what could possibly happen and where I see this company in the future. I can totally see this company at $0.01 on just speculation, $0.10 with more contracts, and easily at $1 with major contracts with huge companies or a possible merger/buyout. Wow! This is exciting just looking at the numbers…check this out.

Scenario #1: 1,000,000 shares x $0.01 = $10,000

Scenario #2: 1,000,000 shares x $0.10 = $100,000

Scenario #3: 1,000,000 shares x $1.00 = $1,000,000 (one million dollars!!!! I am sweating bullets right now, can someone hand me a towel?)

See what I am talking about now?(Maybe you still don’t, but time will tell) Let’s just say that 2010 is going to be a great year and this is the time to position yourself in the stock companies of your choosing for a year of GREATNESS! So we’ve come to that moment where I must find out what you think….Am I crazy for buying a million shares of Medefile International Inc. or am I a millionaire waiting to happen?

About a week ago I bought some shares of Medefile Internation Inc. (MDFI) and in just 4 trading days I’m up more than 50%. Where else in the stock market world are you going to hear these kind of numbers…(still waiting), no where. The only place this kind of percentage gain occurs very regularly is in the penny stock world. Well…enough about me (even thought I can go on and on…lol…just kidding or am I?), I am going to recommend a company that I came across today while doing my M.N.S.P. (Monday Night Stock Picks) research. In my opinion I think with the recent activities that this company has taken and the things to come, you can easily make 100-300% gain in this company in the next couple of weeks.

The company that I am talking about is Global Investor Services, Inc., (GISV currently priced at $0.0389) which “provides and delivers a comprehensive on-line program of investor education through its InvestView brand, offers proprietary investor search tools and trading indicators, distributes weekly newsletters, offers access to a live “state of the art” weekly Trading Room and one-on-one, personalized coaching” (Yahoo Finance). I was alerted to company because of their recent announcement today that they have just signed a contract for on-line investor education and analysis platform with Questrade, Inc. The platform is planned to be launched in January 2010, so this is definitely the time to get in early if you are interested in this company…plus it’s sitting close to it’s 52 week lows.

After doing a little more digging I found some really good stuff. I think this could be the most valuable piece of information to the future stock price growth of this company. I noticed that as of September 29th, 2009 the CFO of Global Investor Services owns over 5.2 million shares of the company…this is very telling in terms of what he thinks of the future of this company. That’s over $200,000 invested, if the CFO is willing to make that kind of an investment than I should be taking a closer look at the company.

I will be keeping my eyes on this company and looking to acquire some shares when money frees up!

On the eve of Christmas, the senate passed their version of the soon to come healthcare bill that is suppose to be a historic move for the U.S. If this bill makes it to the desk of the President and is signed by Obama, then you should aspect these changes in the healthcare coverage arena. Ok, enough about politics (I am not a politician and could care less), let’s talk about how this could be an opportunity to stuff your pockets with a little bit of money.

Most people will get caught upin whether this healthcare bill is a good bill or not or whether we need a healthcare reform or not…please don’t be like these people. These kind of people are usually the consumers and are not investors(which means they make no money from the exchange)…because investors could make money in any situation (once they learn how). The only thing that I am going to be taking away from the healthcare environment that we are in right now is that a lot of people are starting to focus on healthcare (consumers, producers and investors…which means increased demand). As an investor I know that increased demand equals increasing share price.

So what’s the opportunity Chiko?Well, the opportunity is this…..we are in a market that is favorable towards healthcare stocks/companies (for the next 4 years at least). So Chiko, how do I take advantage of this opportunity? Well…(Do I really have to walk you through everything…lol), you want to start looking for undervalued healthcare companies that are going to benefit from the increased demand and exposure. I’ll be keeping my eyes open for companies that I think will benefit from this tremendous movement that is about to happen for healthcare stocks (just like if not better than it did for dot.com a couple years back).

Speaking of undervalued healthcare companies, I think I have one that has rightfully positioned it self for this great movement in healthcare stocks…Medefile International Inc. (MDFI).Medefile International, Inc., “through its subsidiary, Medefile, Inc., offers a system for gathering, digitizing, storing, and distributing information for the healthcare field.” Watch this youtube video to see what this company is planning to do for the healthcare industry.

Wow! This company is such a bargainfor what it’s currently priced at right now. Realizing this fact last week Tuesday, I bought 380,000 shares of Medefile (MDFI) at $0.0025 and looking to accumulate some more shares before people start realizing the potential of this company. I decided to buy after reading that Medefile just signed a contract with a leading home health agency….Caring People, Inc. After researching a little more about this company, I am a lot more confident about the future of this company (it also helps that I am already up more than 20% on my investment already…lol). So where do I see this company in the near future? I see this company at a penny per share in the short-term and as high as $0.10 shortly their after.

Considering the fact that I didn’t buy myself anything for Christmas, but instead used the $1,000 that I was going to spend on myself to invest in this company…it better keep going up. But on a serious note, I think this company is a great long-term investment and I will be keeping you all updated on the progress of this investment. Most importantly….healthcare is hot right now and you need to find stock companies that will help you to take advantage of it.

I’m so sorry that it took me so long to introduce you all to the newest lady in my life….but….her name is….Platinum….she is quite a ride. She comes from the family of Nissan Maxima 3.5 SE. She was born in 2004 and has a lot of horsepower, but most importantly…she is fully loaded! I bought her a day before Thanksgiving last month.

Although it was about time I got an upgrade from my college ride (‘96′ Nissan Sentra with over 250K miles….meter stopped counting…lol), this was not my reason for buying my new ride. Although I should reward myself because I’ve done a great job in increasing my investment capital from $500 to over $10K this year, that was not my reason for making this major purchase. By now you’re thinking, so Chiko why did you make the purchase? I am glad you asked (lol), but I am getting ready to tell you.

Well…a little while ago I talked about the reality of my credit score and my discouragement of this reality. After I got over the fact that I could not change my credit score by thinking it was unfair how the credit bureau goes about scoring individuals…I decided to set a plan of action. I started to look for a way to establish some kind of credit. I ended up boiling it down to two options, either get a credit card and use it or finance a purchase. Since I hate don’t like credit cards and the concept of it, I decided to make a large purchase that would help me build credit.

Moving forward! This purchase will help me to build my credit as I pay down the loan over the next year or so. As my credit score rises and credit history is being established, I will continue to save money for a future investment property (condo or a multifamily property).

In case you are still wondering….Yes, the ride is SWEET!

Yes! forth quarter is here. It’s amazing how fast life can get some times, and that is one of the reason’s it’s important to plan it because if you don’t…you’ll end up where you didn’t intent to be. With that being said and my mind being clear and ready to move on with this quarter (after a set back from last quarter)…I am ready to win again. I must admit, I was a little discouraged from last quarters results. But the past is the past, neither you or I can change it. All we have to do is learn from it and hope to not make the same mistakes.

The focal point of this quarter will be more relaxed because that is when I perform the best…when my mind is clear. My goals are going to be modest because I am looking to spend some money this quarter (just a little reward along the way). I am also going to be focused on settling on another residual form of income to add to my growing portfolio of residual income streams (can’t wait to share with you all).

So, here we go… Keeping it simple.

Emergency Fund Account: From $750 to $1,000

House/Investment Property Savings Account: From $2,000 to $3,000

Stock Trading Account: Maintaining $12,000 to $15,000

Passive Income: Maintain at least $500/monthly while continuing to build up passive income

To sum it up, this quarter will be a quarter of caution a little more slower than the previous. I will also work on saving up some extra cash, cause come January 2010 I will be ready to jump back into the market…head first.

Third quarter has now come to an end (As of September 30th), and I am excited to move on to fourth quarter for two reasons. First, third quarter did not go as well as I expected it to go in terms of my stock portfolio. Second, I am excited to start over again and see what fourth quarter has to offer. Too say the least, my portfolio investments where hurt really bad this quarter (almost left me crying…lol). But outside my stock portfolio everything was great and followed accordingly to my goals and plan.

I know you want to get into the meat of things and find out exactly what happened, right? Ok, here we go!

Emergency Fund Account: $750

According to my third quarter goal, I wanted to increase this account from $500 to $750 (a $250 increase). I was able to accomplish this by following plan of easily saving $20 on a weekly basis. It’s amazing how a little bit of money adds up overtime. For example check out this Yahoo article that shows you how you can save over $8,000 in a year.

House?/Investment Property Savings Account: $2,000

According to my third quarter goal, I wanted to increase this account from $1,000 balance to $2,000. I was able to accomplish that by using my strategy of saving $77/weekly for the last three months…It worked! I am so excited that in the next year or two this account should be large enough for me to start making moves instead of just thinking and talking about it. Like I said before, I’ve kind of put the thought of buying a house right now in the back of my mind for many reasons but one of the being the fact that I have no credit history.

To solve my no-credit-history-problem challenge, I am looking at getting a secured credit card and also buying a car and financing in the upcoming months.

Stock Trading Account: $15,000

According to my third quarter goal, I wanted to increase this account from $20,000 to $30,000…But I am sad to say that wasn’t the case. I took a beating this quarter in the stock market and you can hear all about it here. Yes, I knew I said that I was going to close this $5,000 gap…but I was unable to do it. After all the good advances we’ve made this year so far I knew this day would come, but I must say that I never expected it to come this early. But what can I say? I just have to take it like a big boy and move on with a mindset of growth for next quarter.

Passive Incomes: $500/monthly

According to my third quarter goals, I wanted to maintain and continue to build upon a residual income stream of $500/monthly. I was able to do that this quarter and looking forward to giving you a little more details at the end of this quarter of how I plan to maintain a residual income stream of $1,000/monthly.

Sometimes it’s good to slow down in order to speed up. For the past few days I’ve been thinking about life in a whole new angle. I’ve gotten a chance to slow down because of different things that have forced me too. But the good thing to this whole situation is that this moment in life has allowed me to clear my thoughts and pinpoint my goals and dreams for better aim. The present is good, but I know the future is even better (because I choose it to be).

Anyways…this post wasn’t suppose to be about me…it’s suppose to be about the stock pick that will put some money in your pocket. So where is it? Which company is ready for the challenge of helping you make money this week? Well, I’ve found one company out of many today that fit that description. Today’s Monday Night Stock Pick (M.N.S.P.) will be one to remember because I really think this company will rally, come tomorrow and the rest of the week.

Company Name: eGain Communications Corp

Stock Symbol: EGAN

Stock Price: $0.80

Reason To Invest: Company’s revenue is up 33%, increase in gross margin, and significant increase in net profits. This company is showing signs of a company ready to blow upward, come Tuesday I think most investors will be buying into this company…hence cause share price to increase.

Check it out, do your own research and tell me what you think. But I think this one is a winner!

I hope everyone had a great Labor Day weekend, cause I sure did. I got a chance to get a lot of things done and hang out with friends and family. Sometime we all need a little time to just relax and enjoy the beauties of life. Like me, most people don’t know or understand the history behind Labor Day. But I encourage you to check out the history of Labor Day to understand what it’s really all about.

Anyways, yesterday was Monday and I was suppose to give you some picks, but the stock market was closed for the Labor Day Holiday (and is you read the history of Labor Day, you would know why). But anyways, i have not forgotten that you are trying to make some money in these trying times so that you can take your significant other to somewhere other than McDonald’s (lol, just kidding). But I have two stock picks that I think will help you make some money this week and are also good long-term stock investments.

Company Name: Cereplast Inc.

Stock Symbol: CERP

Stock Price: $0.10

Reason To Invest: Cereplast granted patent for breakthrough hybrid resins. Why is this nws important? I’m not really sure, but if you look at the volume traded today…you too would agree that there was serious accumulation of this company today. And if you don’t learn one thing about the stock market, learn this; price increase always follows accumulation of shares.

Company Name: Medizone International Inc.

Stock Symbol: MZEI

Stock Price: $0.12

Reason To Invest: Company annouced OTCBB listing from PINK sheet. If anything, this is a step forward in an environment where most companies are being delisted.

So, the question here is what happens to a dream deferred? Does it dry up? Does it stink? or, does it explode into nonexistence? Well…speaking from experience I can say that most dreams that are deferred, put aside, suspended, withheld, or delayed usually don’t become reality. This great poem helps us to understand the importance of keeping are dreams right in front of us.

What’s your dream(s)? Is it still right in front of you or is it deferred?

My hopes to purchase a property this years seems more of a dream than a reality because of information that I received from the loan officer that I have been working with for the the past month or so. He informed me that I did not have adequate credit history…better yet he said that I did not have any credit history and mortgage loan banks will see me as a risk. He was right, I’ve never had any credit card and have always found ways to buy things with my own cash (which is always a good thing, but not when it comes to trying to borrow money).

For a long time now I thought my credit score was 728, but the reality is that it is not. My true credit score is 623 (very bad, no credit is like bad credit…doesn’t make sense to me), this was apparent after running my credit for the first time. The reason Creditkarma.com showed 728 is because I had not ran my credit before, so I am thinking that score was more of a default score. But now that I know my credit score, I am going to work on building it up to at least 700. I have not decided what I am going to do yet, but will keep you all updated.
